What the monthly allowances cover

One original post adapted for both platforms counts as one post. Social content includes branded graphics and captions. Filming, custom video, community management and paid-ad management are quoted separately.

SMS and voice receptionist setup, usage and ongoing management are quoted separately. No automatic chatbot overage charges: we notify you near your allowance and offer an upgrade requiring your explicit approval. Monthly allowances do not roll over. Larger projects are quoted separately.

Free preview, setup and custom projects

The preview requires no payment. A $0 standard setup promotion, if confirmed in your quote, does not waive the recurring subscription. Any setup fee, mailbox license and third-party charge is disclosed in your proposal before payment. Annual billing is offered for Presence only.

Before payment / Avant paiement

Cancellation, notice periods, domain registration and ownership, website export/access after cancellation, support and final setup costs must be confirmed in your written proposal. Checkout remains unavailable until these terms are approved.
